01Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of agrilink.broker (the “website”), operated by AgriLink Brokers Ltd, registration number 2026-00640, Saint Lucia. By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

02Nature of our services

AgriLink is a commercial brokerage and trade intermediary for agricultural commodities. In particular:

• We act for either the buyer or the seller under a separate written mandate, which governs any engagement.
• We do not buy, sell or take title to goods; sales contracts are concluded directly between buyer and seller.
• We do not hold or transfer client funds and do not provide banking, payment, lending or other regulated financial services.
• Logistics, inspection and customs services are provided by independent third parties under their own terms.

03No offer or binding commitment

Information on the website — including commodity descriptions, origins, specifications, seasons and services — is provided for general information only. It is not an offer to sell or buy any goods, a price quotation or a promise of availability. A binding commitment arises only from a written mandate or contract signed by the parties.

04Using the website

You may use the website for lawful business purposes. You must not:

• use the website in breach of any applicable law, including sanctions, export-control or anti-money-laundering laws;
• submit false, misleading or third-party information, or impersonate any person or company;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or related systems, or introduce malicious code;
• copy, scrape or systematically extract content from the website, except as permitted by law;
• use the website to send unsolicited advertising or spam.

05Enquiries you submit

When you send us an enquiry you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to act for the company you represent. We may decline any enquiry at our discretion, including where we cannot complete our counterparty checks (see our AML & KYC Policy). Sending an enquiry does not create a client relationship.

06Intellectual property

The website and its content — including text, graphics, illustrations, logos and the AgriLink name and mark — belong to AgriLink or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and print pages for your own business reference. Any other use requires our prior written consent.

07Third-party links

Links to other websites are provided for convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

08Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The website is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about its accuracy, completeness or uninterrupted availability, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business or data, arising from your use of the website.

You agree to indemnify AgriLink against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of the website.

12Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Saint Lucia. The courts of Saint Lucia have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from the use of the website, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
